Orphan Sponsorship

With an estimated 2.5 million orphans in Uganda, our Orphan Relief Project was created to try and meet the needs of some of those orphans.   

  Now more than ever we are in need of sponsors for the children. Our Sponsorship Program tries to find sponsors for each child in the orphanage but also provides sponsorship for many other orphans from surrounding villages. Most of the children that are sponsored attend school at the Primary School across the street from the orphanage. We also have many children that are in Secondary School. We are always needing sponsors, so please spread the word. Anybody can help, our sponsors have been individuals, families, small groups, bible studies, Sunday School classes, kids groups, a woman’s prison, civic groups, and more. A sponsored child can go to school, receive a uniform, books, a mattress, a blanket, and food. It is our hope that all of the children in the home will have a sponsor that will help with our home costs. We have had over 70 orphans in our sponsorship program and continue to have children added to the list. 

Sponsorships

$40 a month for a Primary Student

$60 a month for a Secondary Student

We have made a concentrated effort in developing our Sponsorship Program which provides Primary school orphans with a monthly $40 support and Secondary school orphans with a $60 monthly support. The support provides food, clothing, a mattress, sheets, blanket, pens and pencils, exercise books, uniforms, and school fees.  

We hope you will become a part of the Orphan Relief Project. Your support will help change the life of an orphan. Each month your money will go through an Orphan Relief Director in Uganda, Africa to make sure that your support goes directly to the orphan and used for the correct purposes. You can send your support in monthly or several months at a time, whichever is easiest for you. Please have your support in by the end of each month.
